Tip and Cue for Defense
Persistent wide-area monitoring that optimizes high-resolution ISR tasking. EarthDaily detects change daily at 5m across entire theatres, cueing high-res sensors where activity is confirmed.

Cue National Systems
with Confidence
This is not a replacement for high-resolution systems. It is the persistent monitoring layer that makes them effective.
High-resolution satellites deliver exceptional detail, but they need to know where to point. They cover small areas, revisit infrequently, and cannot maintain persistent watch across entire regions. Scheduling revisits on fixed rotations means collecting imagery over areas where nothing has changed while missing activity in locations nobody thought to task.
EarthDaily solves the other half of that equation. Daily, consistent monitoring across entire theatres of operation identifies where change is occurring, so high-resolution assets are directed to locations where activity has already been confirmed. Fewer wasted collections. Fewer missed events. Better use of your most capable and most expensive sensors.
How Tip and Cue Works
The workflow has three stages, each building on the last:

1. Detect.
EarthDaily's constellation captures science-grade imagery at 5m resolution across defined monitoring areas every day. AI models trained for defence applications compare each acquisition against established baselines, identifying artificial structures, ground disturbance, vehicle activity, and other operationally significant changes. All 22 spectral bands are collected simultaneously, revealing changes invisible to standard optical sensors.

2. Tip.
When a detection meets defined reliability thresholds, the system initiates a semi-automated assessment. Continuous deep learning applied to the imagery mimics the decision-making process of an experienced operator, evaluating whether the detected change warrants closer inspection. This tipping process reduces false positives and ensures high-resolution tasking is triggered by genuine activity, not sensor noise. Tipping occurs at 3.5m with EarthDaily data.

3. Cue.
A high-resolution sensor, optical or SAR, is tasked to collect detailed imagery over the confirmed location. At 50cm or better, analysts can identify specific assets, classify activity, and assess intent. Because the cue is driven by confirmed change rather than scheduled rotation, the resulting collection is targeted and actionable.
Defence Applications
Troop Mobilization and Ground Activity.
Contested and Denied Areas.
Military Base Monitoring.
In Practice:
Persistent Base Monitoring
A defence organization needs to track activity across multiple military installations spread over a wide geographic area. High-resolution satellite revisits are limited to weekly or less, and each tasking decision competes against other collection priorities.
EarthDaily monitors every installation every day. When 5m imagery shows a 30% increase in ground vehicle presence and new aircraft on the apron at one location, the system tips the assessment for closer review. Analysts cue a high-resolution pass, confirming the build-up with 50cm imagery within 24 hours.
The daily monitoring baseline means this activity is detected on day one rather than discovered during the next scheduled high-resolution pass, which may be days or weeks away.

The Right Data for Your Mission
EarthDaily delivers three distinct data products, each optimized for specific operational requirements.
All three are built on the same consistent constellation, share the same geometric precision, and benefit from the same AI-first engineering.
AiRD:
AI-Ready Data for Automated Analytics
Precise orbit control maintains the same overpass time and viewing geometry daily. When your baseline doesn't shift between acquisitions, AI models distinguish real change from sensor artifacts with confidence. The result: demonstrated precision and recall exceeding 85% over operationally challenging environments.
Maritime:
Optimized for Ocean-Scale Detection
Streamlined 4-band configuration with 8-bit depth, engineered for rapid processing across vast maritime areas. Purpose-built for vessel detection, coastal monitoring, and behavioral analysis at operational scale. Choose Maritime when processing efficiency across millions of square kilometers matters most.
Science:
Full Control for Custom Processing
10-band top-of-atmosphere data with L1 calibration, including the Coastal band for atmospheric characterization. Built for teams with their own processing pipelines who require maximum spectral information and complete processing control. Choose Science when your team implements proprietary algorithms and needs full-spectrum, unprocessed data.
